Portfolio Assessment

The Portfolio Assessment.

Partner Solo and Partner Practice include the AI Playbook and the Portfolio Assessment from the day they start.

What goes in

A Snapshot, objectives and the client's list.

The starting point
The AI Playbook and the Portfolio Assessment each start from a completed Snapshot.
The list
The client's initiative list goes in by paste or by file upload, up to 25 initiatives. Each initiative keeps the client's exact words.
Objectives
Before the list goes in, the firm enters the client's objectives or confirms the ones carried from a completed AI Playbook.

What the assessment does

How the assessment treats the list.

Merge
A review pass finds client initiatives that describe the same idea, or the same idea as a Snapshot threat or opportunity, and reports each as one initiative. The client's original text stays on record.
Score
Each initiative is scored on revenue, cost, risk and feasibility. Fixed rules combine the four scores into one composite and a rank. A blocking data requirement, or a capability with no evidence, caps feasibility.
Verdict
Each initiative gets a verdict. A verdict other than keep must cite a source, a data requirement, a portfolio finding, a verified deployment or one of the client's objectives. A verdict that cannot is replaced by keep. When the merge review rewrites a single initiative, it is marked reframe and shown beside the client's original text.
Challenge
A separate review looks for the strongest honest case against each initiative. An objection must cite that initiative's own evidence or a verified deployment, or it is dropped.
Sequence
Kept initiatives are placed in three horizons, H1 to H3. A dependent initiative is placed after the work it needs, as far as three horizons allow, and an initiative with a blocking data requirement is never in H1.
Coverage
The platform adds no initiatives to the client's list. It reports a coverage gap for each of the Snapshot's most exposed dimensions that an initiative could change and none does.

What a client receives

The files, and who issues them.

The files
The Snapshot, Analysis, AI Strategy Canvas and AI Transformation Roadmap are Word files. The Playbook is a web view and PowerPoint. The Portfolio Assessment is a web view, Word and PowerPoint. The AI Executive Presentation is PowerPoint.
Who is named
On partner plans, the firm is the named issuer. On the research seat, the issuer is Mireto.
What is held
The AI Strategy Canvas, AI Transformation Roadmap, AI Executive Presentation and cover letter are held until the firm releases them, and the reviewer is recorded. The Snapshot, Analysis, Playbook and Portfolio Assessment are not held.

Each sample is for a fictional organization. Every client, figure and source in it is invented, and each says so.
