AI Disruption Snapshot
The AI Disruption Snapshot, from the public record.
Research starts from the public record, before the client fills anything in.
The score
Eight dimensions, one score.
A model rates each dimension against a written rubric. Fixed weights combine the ratings.
- Workforce Replaceability
- AI-Native Displacement Risk
- Digital vs Physical Mix
- Market Velocity
- Proprietary Data Stakes
- Switching Cost and Lock-in
- Regulatory Moat
- Brand and Trust Stakes
- The bands
- The score falls in one of six bands: Very High (90 and above), High (75 and above), Significant (65 and above), Moderate (55 and above), Low-Moderate (40 and above) and Low (below 40).
- When the rating fails
- If the rating fails twice, there is no score.
- A second run
- A rerun can produce different ratings.
What goes in
Public research, with peers.
- SEC filings
- US research draws on SEC filings.
- A company with no filings
- A company with no filings gets the same crawl, news, hiring and peer research. Australian companies add the business register. SEC data applies to registrants only.
- Peers
- Peers come from those the firm names and from the research step, where the model can add peers from its general knowledge if the search results name too few. If fewer than three remain, Mireto adds peers from earlier research, then a web search, then the model's general knowledge.
What a client receives
What the client receives.
- The sections
- A Snapshot opens with the score, then reads in this order: Executive Summary, Exposure by Dimension, Threats, Opportunities, Industry Patterns, AI Activity, Peer Intelligence and Next Steps. Industry Patterns, AI Activity and Peer Intelligence appear where the research has them. Sources, Methodology and a disclaimer close it.
- The files
- The Snapshot, Analysis, AI Strategy Canvas and AI Transformation Roadmap are Word files. The Playbook is a web view and PowerPoint. The Portfolio Assessment is a web view, Word and PowerPoint. The AI Executive Presentation is PowerPoint.
- Sources
- The Snapshot marks cited text with a bracketed number and lists every numbered source in one Sources list near the end. Client material is named in prose and is not numbered.
- Source quality
- The Snapshot web view shows a Source quality line. It counts the sources behind the report in six levels: primary, primary filing, independently reported, company-stated, aggregator and unverified.

How it is shared
