Mireto turns research about your organization, your peers and your industry into a scored read on where AI puts pressure and where it opens advantage. Services firms use it to win and deliver AI work for their clients; organizations also use it to assess themselves.
AI research and strategy for the clients a firm already serves, in the firm's own name. It researches an organization from public sources, scores eight dimensions of exposure, defensibility and opportunity, compares the result with named peers, and turns the findings into the conversations that win client work and deliverables written to be read at board level.
The AI Disruption Snapshot is the common starting point and the same assessment whichever way you come in. What sits beyond it differs: a focused Playbook built from the findings, or the full AI Strategic Blueprint, which is always delivered through a partner firm rather than bought directly.
Firms first, and two other ways to use the same research.
Research any client and deliver the AI strategy work in your firm's name: the AI Disruption Snapshot, the AI Playbook or the AI Strategic Blueprint, reviewed and signed off by your own team. A research seat covers research and meeting preparation on its own. You hold the relationship and set your own prices.
For firms →An advisory partner runs an AI Disruption Snapshot on your organization and develops the strategy with you: a focused AI Playbook or the full AI Strategic Blueprint.
For organizations →Signal, a free weekly brief on what the organizations shaping AI actually shipped, filed and priced, sourced and cited. Signal Pro carries the full evidence behind it.
Signal →Analysis is only worth commissioning if it survives scrutiny. Three constraints do the real work, and none of them depend on the model behaving well.
Automated checks flag inconsistencies across every engagement. On the partner path, the Strategy Canvas, Transformation Roadmap and Executive Presentation are reviewed and signed off by a person before they are released to the client.
Mireto was built by Chris McLaren. For 25 years he has led strategy, transformation and AI engagements across government, enterprise and the private sector: KPMG Partner and Tech Media Telco Sector Leader, Vice President at Capgemini scaling a division 8×, and Chief Customer and Digital Officer for the Queensland Government, a $675 million, 1,850-person division where Queensland's national digital ranking rose from 9th to 4th and Australia's first public sector AI platform was delivered.
The frameworks the platform runs are the ones he developed over that period. Encoding them into software makes the same structured analysis available to organizations that would never have commissioned it as a traditional engagement.
Mireto is operated by High Impact Group, which also runs its own advisory work on the platform as one partner firm among others. When an organization wants High Impact Group to deliver its AI Strategic Blueprint, it does so as that organization's partner, through the same platform as every other partner firm.
